Arena Labs Launches Arena Strive: A Revolutionary Mobile Application for Health and Performance
NASHVILLE, TN — January 15, 2021 — Arena Labs is pleased to introduce Arena Strive, healthcare’s first performance coach. The mobile application is a digital coaching ecosystem that teaches frontline clinicians the tools proven by elite military, world-class athletes and creative performers to manage mental, physical and emotional readiness, in just 5 minutes a day. Strive combines a micro-learning experience, a performance coach, and biometric data from leading wearable maker WHOOP, to empower healthcare workers to optimize their health and performance.
The Arena Strive app is built on extensive research in human performance and health science, gained since Arena Labs was founded in 2017. Strive helps healthcare professionals understand the relationship between their physiology and the stress of modern healthcare, and provides tools to improve sleep, promote recovery, and tackle everyday challenges in the hospital or operating room. In addition to content rooted in performance-science, Strive integrates a one-on-one coach through the app and tracks biometric data from wearable sensors.
“This is an exciting evolution for us. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided all of our services in-person. Given that we are still unable to be on-the-ground in many hospital systems, we wanted to be able to service the growing demand from frontline clinicians and leaders for a toolkit to manage the stress of this pandemic,” said Brian Ferguson, CEO at Arena Labs. “This technology platform is a culmination years of hard work and insights from being elbow-to-elbow with some of America’s top medical teams. We are in no way deviation from still being a human performance company but Arena Strive as a technology platform substantially increases our ability to coach and impact clincians at scale.”
Arena Strive is available on both iOS and Android platforms, but accessed through partnership agreements with hospital and health system leaders. Visit our website to learn more and sign up!
